Premium, raw, wildflower (partially star thistle) honey is produced on our farm, but not by our own bees. We encourage the use of our land for the honey bees and in turn are able to help the apiaist get his product into the hands of local foodies searching for the sweet goodness of locally-produced honey.
A quart of honey comes in a glass quart jar and is equal to about 2 pounds of honey.
If it is crystallized, just warm it up and it will "flow" again!
