Our raw, A2A2 skim milk is a by-product of skimming milk off of our delicious cream-top, whole Jersey milk. It is all the pure, raw Jersey goodness of cream-top milk, without the hefty layer of cream. If you prefer skim milk, this product is for you, but it is available in limited quantities.
A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is REQUIRED for EACH bottle purchased. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A DEPOSIT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND INVENTORY WILL BE RESTOCKED.
If purchasing Two (2) 1/2 gallons you have the option to use a gallon jar deposit. Deposit can be rolled over for continuous purchases, when cleaned empty bottles are returned. Please add your phone number at checkout so Gretchen can contact you with further pickup guidelines.
